The 'other ingredients' are also intentionally chosen to avoid using common manufacturing support additives such as microcrystalline cellulose (a filler), magnesium stearate (a lubricant to prevent sticking), silicon dioxide (an anti-caking agent), and lecithin (an emulsifier for uniform mixing). Instead, we have used rice flour as a natural excipient instead of microcrystalline cellulose, and a rice extract blend to help support the manufacturing process. Within the blend are all-natural, organic ingredients (Organic Rice Bran Extract, Organic Rice Hulls, Organic Gum Arabic, and Organic Sunflower Oil) to replace magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide, and lecithin, and still support what is needed for manufacturing purposes. Our capsules are also made with Organic Pullulan, a 100% plant-based supplement shell made from fermented tapioca or starch. Transparency and purity are at the core of our ethos, which is why every ingredient (even the micro additions) should be only what is fully needed, and the highest, most natural quality possible.
